*Overall machine tolerance is high, however we don’t have CMM equipment to validate it and so are limited to verifying small parts using Digital Calipre and large parts using a longer ruler limiting overall validation to +/-0.5mm – 1mm

File Formats

We use FreeCAD CAM to programme the cnc router along with Deepnest.io for when we need to nest files. FreeCAD is able to open most files types including but not limited to DXF, SVG.  Find out more about FreeCAD

 

If you are an artist wanting to convert an image we also have experience using InkScape to convert drawings to convert into machine code (however accuracy of cut can degrade in conversion).
