Returns and refunds
We design modular products to last—and we want you to feel confident using them. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
Eligibility: We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and not custom-made or modified after purchase. This policy exceeds the statutory 14-day cooling-off period required under UK distance selling regulations.
Non-Eligible Returns:We do not accept returns for items damaged after delivery due to misuse, modification, or improper assembly. Items returned without original packaging, or those altered in ways not intended by the original design, are also excluded unless proven faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
To qualify:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- Damage must have occurred before or during delivery, not after assembly or use
We reserve the right to assess the condition of the item and determine whether the fault occurred in transit or post-delivery. This approach complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK Trading Standards guidance.
Return Shipping:
If the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping
If the item is not faulty but returned due to change of mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

If you need a different size or product, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
